So I decided to redo my digital art tutorials that I made a long while ago dealing with how I color in Photoshop. Again, I split it up into 3 parts, this one being outlining. I tend to shove a lot of information in these and I don't want the reader to get bored or confused ^^'' Also, my style has changed a little since the last time I posted these tutorials, so there will be new information.
